If you can’t do something as simple as get an order right, don’t work at your place of employment. How do you put the ticket on an order yet nothing but one correct thing is in that order? Do better

Biggest disappointment ever! My soup came out cold and when I asked why it was cold I was given a weird look and directed to the microwave. Even though they are ones who prepared me cold soup 0/10 don’t go here for food if you don't want to be disappointed.

Came here for a quick day date. Loved the environment. My soup was warm and comforting on this fall day. I had the simple but delicious chicken noodle soup. Also the citrus punch was refreshing.

For starters, the food was subpar. My steak sandwich tasted like it was thrown together quickly at close last night, thrown into the freezer and reheated when I bit into it; or just mass produced. I’ve ordered this item before from a different Panera and it was excellent and the presentation looked nothing like I was provided. Not to mention the thing was drenched in whatever sauce goes on the steak sandwich.
My wife ordered soup and grilled cheese. Soup was fine. Grilled cheese, if you will call it that, was thrown on a griddle for maybe 1min each side. They took the grilled out of “grilled cheese.” No utensils for soup were provided.
The person who took my order sounded like she’d rather be doing anything else. I understand fast food service work isn’t the most thrilling or rewarding, but I do believe you should AT LEAST pretend that you enjoy working there for the customers sake.
Overall wasn’t awful but was subpar. Right along with 90% of every other chain restaurant in Jacksonville…

I called in and went through the drive-through just minutes before closing because my 5-year-old, who has been feeling miserable all day, only wanted chicken noodle soup. The staff could have easily turned us away, but instead they kindly made sure we were taken care of.
The gentleman who answered the call, prepared the food, and handed it out at the window went above and beyond with his kindness and patience. Even though my little one just wanted to go home, we made it in time and thanks to him, she got exactly what she needed.
We are truly grateful for the care and understanding. Thank you for making a rough day a little easier! 💛
