We just went through the drive-thru and met Debbie the cashier. She gave us the sweet tea and receipt. Then, when she went to hand us the food, she asked, "Trisha, is your sweet tea sweet enough?" Not only had she given awesome customer service, but she cared enough to ask about the tea and to use Trisha's 1st name. That's someone who loves their job. The past 3 times I’ve been here in the past 6 months it has been sub-par. Today I put in a mobile order for in cafe pickup, 3 minutes later I get a text saying it’s ready when I got to the store 10 min later it is not ready. They just passed it through the system and said it was done, had to wait another 5-10 min in store for them to make my food. I understand the mistake but it’s not the first time. I ordered a baguette the last time. Got there it wasn’t ready. Had to wait for them to find somebody to cut the bread. Also there was a young guy there who is always cocky and annoyed by any questions. Personally I am hesitant to always go there because I never know if my order will be correct.

I typically go for the breakfast soufflé and smoothie. They are my favorite! The staff there are very polite and friendly. My only issue is the drive thru line is slow. If you're in a rush, it may be better to go inside.

Ordered two coffees. Both coffees ordered were only filled halfway. One was a medium and one was a large but we received two mediums. When I asked about it they lied and said they only offered medium coffees even though I ordered and paid for a large coffee. Only thing they did to attempt to correct the situation was lie and tell us we were wrong. So if you want to pay extra for wrong size half cups of coffee and deal with disinterested staff, this is your place.

Love Panera, and I hope this message helps management understand. I have visited about 5 times in the last month and they are always out of supplies for breakfast sandwiches. First the bread, then different toppings. It is getting a bit frustrating as I have never had supply issues from other Panera’s. I may find another breakfast place here soon.

Menu not updated at all. Went there for the 1st time since Florence hurricane for 2 broccoli cheddar chess soup mac and cheese bread bowls. It's on the online menu through the actual website. NO LONGER SERVED. The only reason we went there for the over priced food was that.
Messed up my or for the fourth time. It was supposed to be a delivery but I still had to leave the house to take it back. Manager didn’t even show his sorry as face to offer an apology. Like it’s my fault they keep screwing up my order. First time using app was the last time. Deleted asap!

Finally! A Panera that just puts the cups out for us Sip Club members! It's wonderful! At some locations, I usually have to wait in line to ask for a cup, despite having already sent in a rapid pickup order. Very annoying during peak times like lunch.
