Every time I order delivery from here it is packaged well and cooked so hot that I have to wait for it to cool. When I sent customer feedback through the website asking them to add hotdogs to their delivery menu on delivery apps, they actually did it. I love this Smithfield's!
Got a thigh that was the size of a wing. Customer service was poor. When I went back through the drive-through I was asked, “so what do you want?” What I wanted was a piece of chicken that wasn’t made for a miniature doll house and a little bit of customer service. Also, what kind of chicken place doesn’t give you napkins? There are an abundance of chicken places here in Jacksonville. I will choose a different one in the future.
The lunch time manager was amazing! Not sure of his name - I’m in the drive threw people everywhere normal madness at lunchtime- he is in there busting butt to help his employees get lunch orders out- Mind you I am in the drive threw- he stops what he is doing and tells his employees “Y’all are doing great keep it up, I really appreciate you! Everyone was happy and super helpful! Definitely made my day!
