They have changed the matcha. It is now very disgusting. I wish they would inform people that the formula was changed. It is chunky, bitter, and so disappointing. It is NOT an "Earthy" taste, it's just flat out nasty & I can't even drink it. Food is good though & baristas are always so sweet.

The coffee was absolutely delicious, and I have no complaints on that front. Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite meet the same standard. When I was told to drive around to the back of the drive-thru for my mobile order, which hadn’t even been made yet, it felt a bit unfair, especially since there was no one else waiting behind me. If it had been a busy time and I was informed that my order would take a while, I could have understood, but that wasn’t the situation at all.

I’m giving 4 stars instead of a lower rating because I recognize that the woman at the window might have been having a tough day. Still, I believe this issue should be addressed.

Poor service, understood training was in process, didn't get my food order and table were dirty, this place if for drive thru only.

The food and drink was okay but they were very rude to my service dog. The lady said I needed to leave because my dog isn’t allowed inside and we’d have to eat in the car. Very disappointed. She also refused to give him a pup cup.

They have moved away from traditional drip filter which which was just about bearable. They now have a new machine that imitates this but tastes disgusting. It is clearly a cost and time-saving investment rather than producing a better coffee for the customer. They are now only interested in selling frapo/mocca/capo/nitro multicoloured crap and have disgarded the basics! Us that just want great normal coffee are longer a part of your customer base. You suck starbucks!

Hardly anyone seems to know about burnt expression/ coffee but it is a thing and it makes a HUGE difference in taste and all together. There has only be a couple people that can make it without burning it.. it is ver frustrating, especially for the price. It’s also embarrassing to have to continue to have them remake them… so just stick with burnt nasty coffee.. ?

My mom ordered my matcha latte and I was surprised that it was so low, almost as if someone had taken a drink from it. It already cost over $6 to order and they didn't even give us the honey packets we asked for. I'm disappointed, hopefully this doesn't happen again.

Paid $7 for basically ice and 5 sips of coffee. I’ll drive across town to the other Starbucks for better coffee. Two stars because the cashier was cool.
