They have changed the matcha. It is now very disgusting. I wish they would inform people that the formula was changed. It is chunky, bitter, and so disappointing. It is NOT an "Earthy" taste, it's just flat out nasty & I can't even drink it. Food is good though & baristas are always so sweet.

The coffee was absolutely delicious, and I have no complaints on that front. Unfortunately, the service didn’t quite meet the same standard. The attitude has been less than stellar at the counter and drive through every time I have been there. Food and beverages have been good but for the price, you really expect a bit better than good.

Dietary restrictions: I hate that the only skinny syrup they offer now is vanilla. The alternatives they offer, simply do not agree with my system.
