Great time at the Roadhouse in Jacksonville NC! Took my daughter there for Valentine's Day and had amazing service from Zee!! Thank you SO much for making our day even more special!!! 🥰🥰
Best service no waiting at least not for us. Great waitress manners and attention to customers.
We had Danielle as our server and she was the best server. Whenever we thought we needed something she was there with it in hand. Along with providing excellent service to her section as we could hear from other customers around us.

Texas Roadhouse offers a mixed dining experience with a family-oriented and fun ambiance. The service is generally good, and the staff treats customers with respect. However, the music volume can get disruptive, and the management could improve the seating process to ensure diners don’t feel rushed. While some dishes, like the Fillet Mignon, may not meet expectations, the overall experience can be elevated with an attentive server like Lillee. Many diners enjoy the amazing steak and the super amazing bread, which may fill them up before the main course arrives. Although there may be some issues, like food being fried in the same grease, most customers appreciate the willingness of the staff to address concerns. The restaurant is also noted for being kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
