After having to leave another hotel due to its condition - we were happy to be allowed to check into this location. Despite it being 10am, the staff allowed us access to the pool and facilities until our room was available later in the day. After an incredibly horrific stay at the nearby Suburban Extended Stay hotel, we decided to change to the Courtyard Marriott. As soon as we walked into the lobby we were greeted by Emma at the front desk. She was absolutely wonderful as we explained that we were hoping to check in early (it was almost 1 pm) because we checked out of our previous hotel due to the horrendous condition of the room there. Service here is not always the best. It’s hit or miss depending on the staff. As for the Bistro, would not recommend. Service is not great. Every bartender is not really a bartender. No personality! You need to go to the bar to be waited on, which takes several minutes. Bistro staff in the evening have no clue.
