On 3/25/24 I came to this establishment with my five kids, ages 4-14. They ALWAYS want to go to Fuzzy Peach even though it's a 30-minute drive from our home. My hands were full fixing my cup and holding my 4-year-old up to the counter, so that he could see what toppings he wanted. So, I asked the staff member to help me. Without hesitation, a scowl, or reluctance, she looked at me and said, "Sure". I'm big on customer service, and although I've been there before, her attitude towards helping me hit different that time. With great customer service, even if I don't like the product, I'll patronize the business again. But let me make it clear, I love Fuzzy Peach's frozen yogurt!! My favorite topping is the fruit pearls!!Check out was easy, I saved a few bucks with a store discount, and cards my kids received for making good grades, and we were out the door. Thanks for helping day one of my kids' "Spring Break Week of Fun" kick off with a great start!!!!

Tonight was the first time I was disappointed. I chose vanilla yogurt and chocolate, not sure if product was cold enough or what. But my yogurt melted in the time it took to walk to my seat.I will visit again cause it's usually very good.

I accidentally pulled up at closing time. Not only did the ladies working take time out of their day for me but they ran to the door so quickly to lock it and turn off the open sign that they could potentially be related to The Flash himself! I always felt being nice and simply stating “we are closed” was over rated! So thank you ladies!!

Really loved coming to support this establishment but not after this weekend. I’ll opt to look elsewhere because of the customer service and lack of supervision in the event that a customer is in need, or anyone who can promptly respond to any issues. The yogurt I purchased smelled and had a sour taste. The young lady I spoke with, believe her name was amber or Abigail basically told me that there was nothing she could do.
Love the Fuzzy Peach on Western. The staff is always friendly and the yogurt and toppings are always tasty!

Poor customer service and company “policy” we asked for a tiny sample of one flavor and the employees replied they don’t offer samples. Never been to a yogurt shop that does not allow you at least a tiny spoon sample. Sadly this lost them 6 sales as we left and went to cold stone who has always been willing to allow us a sample before we decide on a flavor.

I have nothing but love and enjoyment from this gem of a place. Mike, the owner, is very honest and hard working, and he always remembers mine and my kiddos' names. They have seasonal flavors of yogurt, and they are ever-changing based on what's new and popular at the time. Awesome selection of DIY toppings and syrups. This place is a must go for anyone with kids and anyone looking for a delicious dessert!Kid-friendliness: The topping dispensers are just the right height for kids who are responsible/mature enough to do it themselves. It's also parent friendly in that it's dummy/mess proof for those who can't keep it clean!
