This review is only for the operations of Uncork Unwind because unfortunately I was not able to experience the food or wine. My wife and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary last night and decided that we would finally try Uncork Unwind. Google shows that they are open on Friday’s from 4pm-9pm. We showed up at 5:30 and the lights were out and the sign said closed. I looked at the business hours on the sign they have posted on their window and it was the same as Google. I called the number on the window and spoke with someone to ask if they were going to be open tonight. She told me there was an emergency and that the waitress would be there in about 5-10 minutes. She also said that their hours changed to 5pm. I get that Google might not be updated yet (although that doesn’t take long) but at least change the time that you have on the sign posted in the window. So now you're telling me that the waitress is already running 40 minutes behind and she’ll be the only one there to get the stove/oven going, serve food, make drinks, clean, and take payments? We decided to go to Duck’s instead and they didn’t disappoint. We drove by Uncork Unwind after dinner and saw they had a light on but no one was inside and they still had the closed sign. I can’t imagine this place being open for much longer if this is how they operate. I will not be giving them another chance.

Strange but true. I met a group here. I was there for an hour, after meeting, people tried to order wine to honor the fact they were there, to respect the owner and to have wine. The sole server said because it was 8:04 pm she could not serve, last call, which she did not announce was 8:00 pm. And that was that.

Super cute wine bar. Had a great girls night here. I think it would be romantic date night too. They have a selection of beer for non wine drinkers. The vibe and esthetics are on point. Staff is super friendly and make great recommendations.

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. Couldn’t hype this place up enough. A little hole in the wall. The owner is SO kind and veteran owned, she has a beautiful personality. Employees are like family and will make sure you’re happy with your drinks and food. Very clean and great staff, they are knowledgeable about the wine and the new menu is amazing.

I really wanted to love this place, but the experience fell short. Despite only six people in the restaurant (including our table), it took 36 minutes to get our first drinks. Two of the wines we ordered were incorrect, and surprisingly, a Cabernet Sauvignon was swapped for a Pinot Grigio without even asking us first.
The service was lacking, which seemed to be partly due to the fact that our server didn’t appear to have much knowledge of wine. While it was her first night, what I assume was the owner didn’t seem particularly supportive or helpful in guiding her, which only added to the confusion.
The food was also underwhelming—the wings were small and just okay. The concept of the place has potential, but better service and attention to detail would make a big difference. Hoping this was just an off night!

I always have the best time coming here with our group of friends!! I found out recently they do trivia nights so my fiance and I are trying to put together a team. Can’t wait!! Sooo grateful to have this gem so close to us in Jacksonville

Attended this establishment for the first time with my adoring husband for the first time last night and, boy was it an absolute BALL! We ordered the popcorn (delicious) the pretzels (delicious) and the charcuterie (so good we ordered one to-go for our babysitter. The vibe was perfect, very chill, yet sociable. The staff was so great. Very funny and playful, my husband had some great banter with them. They were prompt at clearing away any unused dishes and keeping our table tidy. All around it was a fabulous night and we will absolutely go again. Ps. The wine was also delicious!
