They aren’t even open 24/7 like they used to be, you order from a window after certain hours… this isn’t the real Waffle House anymore. Fix it!!!

Put our name on the list (party of 5 - number 6 on the list) and waited over 45 minutes while smaller groups of 2 and 3 were allowed to fill the seating bar. The person behind the bar asked for 5 to sit at the bar, thinking they would go off of the waiting list (we were number 4 at this point) we waited, but nope! Two groups of 2 and 3 that had just parked their car walked in and sat right down.
Just go sit at the bar, don’t wait for a table.

Service was good food was good price was good same old Waffle House stuff. The excessive slamming of plates was rather annoying it looked like somebody was trying to prove a point that they have to do the dishes when somebody else was supposed to.

You can't beat a good waffle house! The crew was amazing, so fun, and kept up a running conversation with everyone in the place. It was like hanging out with a group of friends. Big Kashi, Kasey, and DJ Alexandria took very good care of us when we were there.

Been going to Wafflehouse all over the US for 30+ years, this is the Best I've been to. Big Kisha and the crew have this place moving out on orders, such a great vibe! Keep up the awesome food/service!
I was a little disappointed that Waffle House did not honor military discount. I mean you’re in a military town and to say your prices are the lowest. Smh your all American use to be $8.25 now it’s what? I digress. Overall I will always be a fan of Waffle House. Could we get a Waffle House on the West Coast

I’m sure it had to do with the fact that we went there after 11 PM on a weeknight.
The food was typical waffle house food. I had a chocolate waffle and it came out exactly as you would expect it to come out .
The crew was low energy, low attentive, but did the minimum job require of them. A lot of time if you go to a waffle house during daylight hours, they at least fake being perky and friendly to bolster their tip. Not these folks.
In order for a waffle house to be charming, it has to be surrounded by charming. Waffle houses are a lot like tofu, they take on the character of the neighborhood around them. This one was by the Tucson international airport on the south side of town on a busy artery in an industrial commercial area.
It’s the people working there that get you into the four star zone . As long as the food is average, the emoloyees can make or break an experience.
