I’ve never thought I would have to do a review for Wendy’s, but here we are!! I went to this specific location today and order just a basic meal, I asked no pickles no onions!! Sounds reasonable right!! Nope not here!! I am highly allergic to pickles and onions well they just make your breath stink!! I am very disappointed in this restaurant, what if I wouldn’t have checked my sandwich and just bit into it??? Can we say lawsuit !! Because my receipt reads no pickles and no onions!! Do better, this location is getting worst and worst.

No straw, no fork, no sour cream, no butter. It is always something. I do not blame Wendy’s I blame the education system here and in most other states in which y’all migrate here to Jacksonville from.
Drink machine was out of most drinks. Burger slightly undercooked, oil in fries needed changed. Self service condiments area had no straws, both ketchup dispensers were empty. Refused cash payment in morning unless in drive through.

If I could write zero stars I would. Just sat in the drive thru for for over 10 minutes while they worked on “4 large mobile orders” I’m sorry but since when do online orders take priority over live humans waiting in your drive thru? By the time I finally drove away because I was starving there were 5 cars piled up behind me. Employees need to do better and probably not accept online orders during busy hours or at all if they can’t keep up

Ordered a double bacon mushroom swiss burger and they gave me a double original. Not happy.

Always great food
The lady who took our order was super rude and not nice at all.
They forgot a burger in our order and when we went to go try and get it, she rolled her eyes and even scoffed at us.
The food was terrible, they didn't even put the salt and pepper mixture on them and you can tell it was not fresh.
The fries were a dark brown color, indicating that the oil has gone bad
1/10 please do not go here

Service is horrible ! Every time I go there they mess up my order and have an attitude. There needs to be a change in management!

They take forever in drive through. It takes about 5-10 minutes to even take your order at the speaker. When you finally pull up to pay at the window, they ask you to pull forward to save their time, which results in waiting an extra 20 minutes to get what you paid for!
