Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving buffet. Every item on the line was just like you would make at home with love.
We've been coming to the OBX area for the past 10 years and decided to stop in and grab some food on the way in and I'm glad we did. The food was amazing and the staff was super friendly. We normally try different spots while out in OBX, but we plan to make this a staple when we come down from now on.

One of my favorite spots to meet Mom for a good meal in Currituck County. Best country cooking around. Great wings. I love the liver & onions. Try the desserts.
As many times we have passed by leaving OBX it will be a tradition from now on when we are heading home! Food was delicious! Highly recommend their hand breaded chicken tenders and fries!!! Hubby said his steak was excellent! I also met Molly, their dog. Sweet baby!

Was looking for some breakfast on our way out of the OBX and wanted to get over the bridge into Currituck. Wasn’t sure about this place but glad we stopped. Classic old mom and pop restaurant - homey feel. Prices are good. Kids enjoyed their pancakes with the added chocolate chips. My blue crab omelet tasted really good- lots of crab and just cheese and egg and at a great price compared to what it would have been back home (MD) for the same ingredients. The side of grits was the stone grit kind and the $.75 up charge for the freshly made biscuit was worth it. Hubs had the ham steak and eggs and the eggs were cooked well and the ham was really good- nice sear and flavor. Would return.

Hostess, if you can call her that, had a nasty attitude and was rude. Food is mediocre at best, and the whole place was disorganized, short staffed, and needs an overhaul. Skip it. Other places to eat nearby.

The food served here is delicious. Biscuits are freshly made, soft & fluffy. The potatoes were seasoned perfectly. Western omelet was good. My daughter had the Biscuits & gravy; she raved about how yummy it was. I gave 4 out of 5 because the chocolate milk didn't look or taste like chocolate milk & the coffee was gross. My husband thought the coffee was fine. The sweet tea was really good. I recommend this place. There's no complaints on the food and it was nice to have some good home cooked food instead of fast food.

Burger had zero flavor. Was never asked by the waiter staff how my food was or if I wanted a box.
Great place to stop before OBX. Super friendly servers and the food was fantastic. Pretty good prices too.

My husband and I had the mozzarella sticks with marinara to start. Didn't at all taste like it was from a bag or bottle. The sticks were very cheesy and the marinara had great spices in it. We also had a burger that looked and tasted like it was handmade and quite delicious. Can't wait to come again!
