It’s my birthday today, and I take a yearly splurge to KFC (medical reason, or I would go more often) The service at this KFC in Kannapolis is top-notch! The staff is friendly, attentive. Kudos to the entire team! I can’t say enough good things about the service at this restaurant. A big thank you to Will, for providing outstanding service throughout our meal, he went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure a memorable dining experience. Thank you again!
today is March 30th 2020 I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a 3-piece original chicken dark two legs and thigh with wedges and coleslaw and you know a biscuit comes with it and I also had a two piece $5 fill up with wedges it first came out with the $5 fill-up not with wedges but with mashed potatoes and my three piece suddenly became a two piece with two sides I go back through they bring up boxes through the window back into the store and give us back the same boxes...read full review
