“I ordered the loaded spicy potato griller just as a late night snack…it was JAM PACKED with potato’s and cheese and it’s the best loaded potato griller I have ever gotten and I’ve been getting this since high school, so 10 years ago. All this to say, 10/10 will visit again.“
“I haven’t had Taco Bell in a long time. I don’t really know why, but I decided to try it again today. What made my experience stand out was the older lady running the registers at the front. She’s awesome. I love her. I accidentally dropped my burrito on the floor because I am a little silly (stupid) and she just happened to come by and ask if everything was OK so I told her and she just got another one because she’s the best.
Promote her.

Make her the regional manager
Whatever you have to put her in a position to pay her more because she’s awesome.
