“Was going on a trip to Atlanta Georgia and we stopped by Hwy 55 for lunch and we were very happy with our food we all got burgers cheese steaks everything and not a single thing to complain about, great food, great hospitality clean and everyone was very nice with smiles.“

I got here close to closing and almost didn't order. I caught the name of the guy cleaning behind the scenes really diligently. His name is Troy. Logan came to the counter to help me and I almost didn't order because it was close to closing but he was so encouraging and kind and I think he wanted me to have my ice cream as much as I wanted it walking up! 🫶🙌 Or at least he made it feel that way. I appreciate it because I had a long drive left and I had been on the road for a while.

What an amazing employee! I just think sometimes I don't expect to feel like I'm not in someone's way or disturbing somebody or something like that. He was so encouraging and personable. I had a couple requests for my ice cream and he did them perfectly! I saw Troy was busy working and cleaning in the background the whole time.

What a great crew to represent you guys here!

“Ordered 2, 6 piece nuggets and a soda. Didn’t have as much on our card as we thought. Hadn’t eaten in a while and I guess the woman could see we lived in our truck. She took off the soda and gave us a 10% off discount to make the card go through. It was the nicest thing and meant so much to get this help. The food was fresh too! We’d return and hopefully we can pass this gesture forward next time we’re here. ♥️“

My wife and I went there today, as soon as we got out the car, I knew right then by the aroma the food was going to be good.... AND IT IS. Good size portions too. “My bestie and I tried this place after I was searching for a place serving brightleaf hotdogs with chili. I moved away from NC over 30 years ago so when I visit, I want brightleaf! The hotdogs are boiled and steamed JUST LIKE I LOVE THEM! The chili sauce is perfect! I also ordered a hamburger and my bestie ordered a bacon double; both burgers were juicy, tasty, and made to perfection!!!! They don't serve fries but they do have chips, ice cream, specialty coffee, homemade milkshakes, hoop cheese sticks, different breads, a variety of drinks (tasty lemonade) amongst other things.

The seating is outdoors; a bench style picnic area. I enjoyed it. It was a little windy with lower temperatures that day so a heated lamp would have been awesome but it wasn't too bad and the food definitely made up for it.

The customer service is pretty awesome as well. I will be returning! It was a first visit for both my bestie and I; we both look forward to returning!

“So I’m what you call regular customer, and the service is spot on, but tonight was the most disrespectful service I’ve gotten. I walked in my fiancé and I were only greeted by the manger on that night. We sat down and 30 minutes go by and no menu no drinks nothing, we tried to wave down two of the waitresses and completely ignored us. For the first time I almost got up and leave but luckily the female cook in the back told the manager Angel and she asked if we’ve been helped and I said no. She came and helped us! Be mindful we were the ONLY customers in there. If I could talk to the owner and/or store manager I would tell you that Angel the manager that night, needs the appreciation cause all I saw her do was run and do everything from cleaning taking phone orders and the two waitresses did nothing but be on their phones.“

“I just LOVE ordering from there for a couple reasons.. #1 their food is just... Omg! Oh, don't forget to try their lemonade..#2 The man that usuallly takes the orders and runs the register is the NICEST!! Most of the time Im getting take-out for 2 (drinks too) and he always asks if I got it or do I need a drink tray. Most of the time I got it but it never fails, he makes sure he opens the door for me... every single time! Just the genuine type of nice you dont see anymore..

Parking: It's a small place, so therefore a small parking lot...but It seems most of their parking spots are close to the door. I guess it's due to the corner lot..“

“I don't know if this is the same that other Hardee's because this one is out on a country road. For three chicken strips it was $10... Very expensive with little food but the food was good. Total bill was $18 for three chicken strips french fries and hot ham and cheese small. Too expensive.“
