“This was across the street from my hotel, and I decided to get a coffee as I am a rewards member. There was a little bit of a wait, which I understood, but my drink was cold; I ordered a hot latte. This was obvious as the cup was cool to the touch. It took me close to 5 minutes to flag down the person that waited on me. She took my coffee and remade it, hot this time. The taste was good, but it should have been served hot in the first place, especially since my ticket showed that it should have been hot.“

“Not a dine in coffee shop with donuts. This is a donut shop that serves coffee. My office destroyed 2 dozen assorted. There are 3 chain shops within 5 minutes and I choose Granny's everytime, driving past 2 of them to get there. You will make someone very happy bringing them Granny's.“

“This is the only donut shop in the triad with unpretentious, classic donuts that never go wrong. I never taste bad oil or chemically flavours, only fresh yeasted donuts. I don't like cakey donuts or overly glazed super sweet styles so they have flavors that work well for everyone in my family. Our family fav is always the apple fritter and the classic old fashioned, or even the chocolate glazed. Always a great treat and I will absolutely drive 20 minutes out of my way to get the only donuts worth driving for.“

“So happy to discover this wonderful bakery on one of our trips to High Point furniture market. The chocolate covered donut with buttercream filling is the literally the best donut I’ve ever had in my life! They’ve been there since 1946!“

“Support your local spots! Intown Donutz is one of those places that just makes you smile when you walk in. The donuts are always fresh, soft, and perfectly made — the chocolate glazed is my favorite, but you really can’t go wrong with anything here.
The staff is super friendly!! Prices are fair, and you can tell they put care into everything they do.
If you’re nearby, skip the big chains and support this local gem — it’s 100% worth it. 🍀“
