Was there today. The managers name was Amy. She had taken a couples food out the door. Obviously the customer wasn't happy. Came in the restaurant cussing. She politely told him he didn't have to cuss and tried to apease him . This lady was running around trying to please everyone she could including him and nothing she did was good enough. People need more workers like that. She waited on us and I will definitely come back.
The Sonic Location in Kernersville is a good choice for a classic burger experience. My wife ordered online on her lunch break, but as with prior visits to this location the online choice to enter a kiosk number just doesn't work. We were very excited about trying the new Smashed Burgers after seeing the commercials. The staff was busy, but they helped us promptly. One of the most important things for me as a customer is to see the food preparers wearing safety gloves and they were not. I would not have ordered had I observed this beforehand.
