“Incredibly kind manager and staff. We camped out here two days before Christmas after having wheel problems 800 miles into a 900 mile drive from Chicago to Raleigh. Car was being fixed down the road, staff was super friendly and reassuring and I think the manager actually hugged my wife who was thinking she was about to miss Christmas with her family. We got back on the road and actually was kind of a positive experience because everyone we met in this town was so darn nice. Good job Kernersville.“

It gets a little busy, with online orders and drive up but the standard of service never diminishes. The bad reviews are trite, and might be referring to the other Chu's Express (Westchester).If you want great Chinese food from a spotless restaurant, with excellent take away service...
