The service was excellent. The girls was super nice. The options on topping great. The fact that they have Hawaiian shaved ice and custards is awesome. Bathroom was clean. I will be back.

Very cute little frozen yogurt place. The prices are great for the quality, and they have so many toppings! They put a perfect amount of the toppings on too. Everything was delicious and I want to go back and try the other flavors already.

I went in to order some frozen yogurt and asked if they took Apple Pay. They then told me no; a week later my friend goes and they use Apple Pay. I also notice their card machine as a contactless option. Straight up lied to my face, I was the only customer in there. I was super kind as I’ve been there for years but this completely pissed me off as I drove 25 minutes to get there.

the frozen yogurt was just normal frozen yogurt so not really complaining. only thing that was annoying was the floor was super sticky. it was literally sticky from the door throughout the entire store. and no it wasn’t on my shoes, my boyfriend also noticed it as well and as soon as we left our shoes weren’t sticking to anything else.

Great customer service! 6 of my coworkers and I went on Saturday when only one girl was working. She was a bit busy but provided great service and on-point items! She made sure everything was correct and never lost the smile on her face. This is a great place to order items to cool off in this heat!

We came about 20 minutes before closing on Sunday, 6/9. My better half was pregnancy craving ice cream. The staff were mopping and cleaning up before closing at 10, but still provided great customer service and were polite.

I feel they should be recognized for this, as I have been on the other end of last-minute customers in my past. Shout out to the young ladies who were working and did not make us feel like an inconvenience! A small gesture can go a long way.

I don’t have an issue with the business but the employees and it’s just 2 in particular. Today was my second encounter with these 2 employees, and I’ve been coming to Zack’s quite regularly since I’ve discovered it. I just will not purchase anything if these 2 particular employees are working. I tried calling but no one answers the phone. The first time I encounter these ladies I had hair in and on the ice cream cups. Today, only one cup had hair(that’s an improvement) but when it was time to pay, I gave the young lady my card in her hand, she placed it on the counter. I gave her my lunch card and the same results. I’m from a place and time l, that if you are given something in your hand, give it back the same way. That’s respect! Again, love the business AB’s the ice cream, but the service from those 2 ladies, leaves a lot to be desired.

The ice cream is great. My second visit, there was hair in my ice cream and the cups. Tried to call store to inform staff and could not get through.
