It’s my go to when I’m sick, have a headache, fasting, or want something yummy and healthy, more so than ice cream. Our family loves Zack’s and have been going for years, since our kids we’re little. Zack’s feels like family! So grateful they are here in Kernersville♥️♥️♥️

Love Zacks! But, boy this place has gone down hill! I went through the drive thru ask for a cone of banana yogurt. The VERY young girl says you want a cone with a cut up banana in it? I said NO, I then repeated my order. She looked totally lost. I pulled up and walked inside with my daughter. The girl said oh sorry I was unaware we had banana yogurt. I was shocked at the place it looks like it's been neglected for the past several years.

Very disappointed in this place recently I’ve gone here for 19 years, they’ve always done really good about putting toppings in the yogurt but recently have gotten really lazy about it barely putting any toppings on it. It’s not really ever super busy so I don’t see what the problem is or why this is happening but it’s been almost every time recently.

I’ve been a faithful customer of Zack’s my entire life. Been going here since I was a kid. Never disappointed! Their oreo yogurt is my favorite! You can’t go wrong with anything here. It’s definitely a Kvegas staple!

Each time we visit, we are greeted with friendly customer service and great recommendations for flavors and combos. We love trying new items. The staff always has great suggestions. AND its nicely price.
I’ve enjoyed the frozen mochas from Zack’s and decided to try a banana split. The frozen yogurt was melted when it was handed to me in the drive thru, and before pulling away it was already a soupy mess and inedible. Would not recommend that.

I've tried a lot of fro yo places and Zack's is #1 by far. The fro yo is the best, the cookie dough topping is the best cookie dough (somehow better than what you can buy in the supermarket, despite being Pillsbury), the service is always friendly, and the price is very fair.
I went to the Zack's in Winston-Salem for years while I was a student at Wake Forest, but I only recently tried the Kernersville location on my way to the GSO airport.
I've lived in NYC for over 10 years, and NYC often has some of the best food in the world...but for fro yo - that award goes to Zack's in North Carolina! <3
