Our party of 3 (2 vegetarians and 1 vegan) absolutely loved our lunches here. The owner was friendly and accommodating and obviously puts time and intention into her recipes. We didn't feel like her veggie options were an afterthought, like they were most other places in the OBX. The basil pesto and sun-dried tomato pesto were stellar. My father and I stopped in for the first time ever and had the best breakfast we ever had! We travel a lot around the world and had our fair share of breakfast but this place tops them all. My dad had the avocado toast with egg it was perfect ! He said egg was like a fluffy cloud of goodness. His berry smoothie was perfect size and delicious . I had the bacon egg and cheese sandwich that was A++ and 100 percent the best one I ever ate.

Lili's Cafe is a small, charming, and beautiful café with a welcoming environment. The ambience is contemporary but carries the warmth of an old traditional local coffee shop. The food is amazing, delicious, tasty, fresh, and well-prepared, with a wide variety of healthy options. Popular items include the Italian sandwich, turkey sandwich, tomato mozzarella panini, salad, açaí bowl, green bowl, biscotti, and cinnamon roll. The coffee is great and tasty, featuring a dreamy lavender latte with a hint of vanilla, though sometimes it is not as strong as some would like. Service is generally incredibly kind, warm, welcoming, and outstanding, with fast service noted, though there can be wait times during busy periods due to limited staff. The owners and staff are very kind and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable. Overall, it is a wonderful place that guests love and plan to return to.
