I usually don’t eat fast food, but I wanted a fish sandwich so I ordered the Big King Fish Sandwich , it was only warm , didn’t even melt the cheese and way to much of whatever the white stuff they globed on the sandwich.

This place sucks. The little boy in the window doesn’t know that the #1 comes in 3 different sizes. I ordered the number one combo and he asked me what I wanted to drink. I told him I want the double, he asked me what I wanted to drink. I told him I wanted curly fries and he asked me what I wanted to drink. I said forget this (didn’t use those exact words but you get the point). I drove off and when I went by the window, he flicked me off and started yelling at me. We exchanged words and he told me to come inside like we were gonna fight or something. This was this afternoon just after 3 o’clock. Check the cameras Arby’s if you don’t believe me. This location is terrible and management is just as bad. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go there. It sucks. Plenty of options in the area.

Fast food isn't my normal goto, but when traveling on business trips, one finds meal times challenging. Actually visited here twice in a week.Not a fan of the fast food "burger" chains, so Arby's is always a nice backup plan.Both visits the order was spot on, food was fresh and hot.Staff was very friendly.The place was clean.Can't do much better than that, except for to keep up the good work.
“Welcome to the GOOD BURGER ? HOME of the GOOD BURGER ? can I take your ooorrrdddeeerrr”?Basic burger nothing special about it.No secret sauce to it like it is in the movies. Actually the only reason I chose this place. Not one bite of a wow factor.

My experience today was not the best. For some reason the lady in the drive- thru today could not hear me. I spoke loud and it may have been an issue on their end as far as the speaker. That is not my fault. The female proceeded to have a disrespectful tone because she could not hear me, yet she was able to repeat what I just stated for my order. The food was good but customer service was not. I went inside to address the issue with the managers staff and he didn't seem to care. The rude employee tries to explain and the manager apologixes for her rude behavior. As I leave the rude staff laughs.Poor customer service. I will make sure to let corporate office know.
The customer service was horrible, they took 30-45 minutes just to give me my food, and when I got my food my chicken tenders were still cold and a little bit frozen and my fries were stale and cold

Never in my life have i received such poor service like i have at this arbys, ever since the previous manager left (i believe his name was jordan) the quality of food and hospitality has drastically decreased! i’ve gotten food from this locations 3 times since the previous manager has been gone and each time was worse than the last. i always order a beef and cheddar with no red sauce, crinkle fries and a chocolate milkshake. on all three occasions my milkshake was completely melted, as well as my fries being ice cold and having no salt on them. and on two occasions my sandwich had red sauce as well as being cold. when i went back for replacements i was met with rude customer service and attitude. i’m disgusted with the lack of care and gratitude this store has for its customers and myself and my family will not be returning.

Floors were sticky from front door thru checkout and only stopped at carpet. Food was the worst I have ever had at this location. It took over 6 minutes from order to receive food with only one person ahead of me. He still had to wait for his order! Then more disappointment, the food was only Luke warm!
