The chicken was ok at best, but we received ultimate notches with chili and the chips seem to be stale and also the chili was cold for some reason the chip was all stuck together. Also my son received bottom of the bag fries. I request to speak with the manager, but the manager refused to come to my table to here my complaint.

Horrible, went in 11:10am on 4/10/24. Only 2 of us in restaurant Sat there 10 minutes. I think ,Server yelled scan menu on table from 40 feet away. Waited another 5 minutes as she stood by bar and we asked her to take our order nicley. With attitude she said I'll take it in minute , only one here. When multiple people in kitchen laughing and talking.

The food was great, and the staff is always super friendly. I was able to place and pick up my order quickly. We love the Boneless Wings, and Thursdays is the best time to try new flavors with the BOGO. Inside dining wasn't crowded which is a plus too.Parking: Free parking outside

Came here on easter with family and friends. It was nice outside so of course wanted to sit outside. Never got service so went to bar to ask for menus and service outside. He proceeded to snap at me and tell me we should sit inside. He is the manager Jack. Never served us took his time making our drinks never made.my drink. Didn't know if one drink was my daughters or not because of how drinks were made or placed. Server was fine and tried to apologize but the manager and so called bartender is the worst and needs to be fired and this is coming from another bartender and manager of a bar. This is negative zeros for me.
I was trying to use the app and order my birthday wings and a fry it didn't work, so I had to come inside and placed takeout order at the counter, the orange chicken was not available so I opted for mango habanero, waited patiently and received my order, after reaching my destination and biting into the wing, the skin was like Taffy so I tried another, same results, terribly disappointed and it was my first time using the birthday reward

Dude… This is absolutely the most unappetizing thing I’ve ever seen. I tried to eat it, as I’ve been working all day, and am hungry as hell but couldn’t. This has to be freezer burn plus over cooking? Theres like nothing in there. I don’t know how they would even get away with serving this. It’s so dry I can’t even describe it.

I have arrived to pick up an order from a client and since they always tell me that someone else has already collected the food, I do not understand how they can deliver a meal without verifying that they have already confirmed and go to the client's indicated place, and they simply deliver it and that's it, Apart from that, the customer can call and complain about the service and about their food that never arrived.

This isn't a child friendly place due to the loud atmosphere. I understand, but the bar area should be separate from the dining area (loud there and less loud dinner area). The manager was good to us and did reduce the volume. Thank you for this courtesy.
