Our waitress was Kristy she had the fun pink hair. She was amazing!! She was Sweet, hospitable. Checked on us alot. Refilled our drinks and gabe us lots of napkins. We neber had to ask for anything. If you go you should request her you wont be sorry.
Wings were a little tough but everything else was good. Service was ok. My only real concern is the safety of the tables. We moved to four different tables before we found a clean table or one that wasn’t dangerously wobbly for children.
Having worked at a BWW before, I tend to give a lot of grace when dining at one of their establishments. However sitting for 10-15 minutes and not even being greeted is unacceptable. At least two employees looked me dead in my face so I know y’all knew we were there. 10 or more tables available in the dining room alone when I arrived so I’m still unsure what the hold up was.
