The last time I went there I ordered me an spicy chicken deluxe meal & the only thing I got was bread,lettuce,tomato,bacon & pickle no chicken.. I didn’t realize the chicken wasn’t on my sandwich until I got home which I live 15 minutes away. I’ve tried calling them on the phone but no one answer the phone so I had to drive 15 minutes back up there.. I don’t know what went wrong that day because the drive thru window wasn’t busy at all..

Everyone loves Chick-fil-A. I loved it even more this past Saturday in Knightdale when my car was over heating as I was in line. I was able to get it to a parking spot and Jason came out, took a look at it, and gave it some water. Cudos to Jason as that helped me get home and also helped with me getting it to an automotive repair group on Monday. That was above and beyond the Call of duty! Thanks again Jason!!

I really hate I misplaced my receipt but where there’s a Will there’s a way. So I stopped through at this Chic fila & ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal. I received nuggets & a drink. Immediately drove back around this was a Saturday afternoon so everyone knows they were packed. I explained to the same young lady who took my order what happened and let me say this is my fault I didn’t check my bag most facilities always have orders correct & I was also trying to help them move their line along. Big mistake! By the time I got back around I was treated as if I was trying to get extra food instead of an apology for my time wasted due to their mistake. I also was told I’ve have to pull down while the young employees discussed the situation the same ones who were just super friendly. Then a young guy steps out to say I’ll bring your sandwich maam pull down while holding my receipt & I had to remind him I had a meal. You guys can be really rude & stereotypical at the drop of a dime. I’ll never come back to this location or suggest it! It was your mistake!
