I ordered take out from there about a little over a week ago. They totally messed up my order. I spoke with a manager she was super nice. She said she would send me some gifts cards and I should get them in about 3 days. I never got them so I called back on the following Friday and the manager I spoke to said he could see them he doesn’t understand what happened needless to say I’m still waiting on these gift cards which was less than the price I paid for my food. was spending a Grandma and Granddaughter Day. went to Applebee's and waited for 20 min no service. Went over to Chili's was immediately seated and served with appetizers within 10 minutes, Our server Eric shift had just started and he didn't hesitate to make us feel welcome,Thank you Eric and Chili's staff . We will never go back to Applebee's, NEVER!!!!!
I visit Chili's on veterans day and the service was good, food was good and hot. fast service. I went to the one in knightdale, nc.
