This was for a pick up meal. The customer service when walking in to get the meal was excellent. When we got home the food was really fresh and presented well. It's been a while since we have been to Chili's because of service and food but this time was absolutely wonderful. Keep up the good work.

Person that brings out the food decided to try and hand me the wrong food 3 times even though I continuously stated that it wasn’t my burger. She practically kept shoving it in my face to then just sit it down then proceeded to walk in the To Go section to talk to the Manager instead of correcting my order. She was so rude. We did not get refills and my husband had to ask then she only gave one refill and gave me nothing although my drink was empty. Manager fixed my burger but...

We had great service including two managers coming to our table to say hello. My friend's well done steak was not quite well done but we had it fixed and it was delicious. A delicious meal for a decent price in an area full of shopping and other things to do. Good old chilies!
