Never had bad five guys from here. I would say the staff could be more welcoming and that would help the atmosphere.

The service and how I'm treated in here is always A+ No matter if I'm working doordash or enjoying a meal with my wife they always look out for me when I come in here. Food is delicious and the fries are some of the best in the business and despite the price point I never feel like I'm not getting value for the money spent.

It is always bright and welcoming walking into this establishment. The staff greet you and prove that customer service still exists. Then getting a slamming (so so so good) just makes the experience that much better. However you got to have your wallet ?

First time to Five Guys at Knightdale, the store is bigger compare to the one in GA we used to go. More table and staffs are friendly, the burger is very juicy and tasty, fries can be a little more crispy. Love the free peanut there ?

My husband and I dined in Sunday for dinner. Great atmosphere ? the staff were friendly, and music was great, not too loud. I had a cheeseburger, everything tasted delicious fresh condiments, and they give loads of fresh cut fries, which my husband and I shared no need to buy 2 fries they put loads of them in the bottom of your bag . Overall great place to enjoy a meal the milkshakes are also good .

We were looking forward to going here for lunch. Unfortunately, upon walking in there was this horrible smell as if the sewer had overrun or something. Just kept walking right back out.

The cheeseburgers were good.The fries were cold and it seemed like we got the last little bits that were just sitting around .Counters were dirty and the soda machines were also dirty. And they had no sweet tea.

All the signs say the world's best burgers. They are right, except they don't say anything about the employees. Well, I guess that's what we are supposed to do. So they were extremely friendly and helpful. Fast and efficient.
So overall, this is a very decent yet pricey burger joint. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because sometimes the fries are pretty greasy. All 5 Guy restaurants should make sure they drain the fries very well!!
