3/9/2024 If I could give 0 stars, I would. I stood in line for 10 minutes, ordered #9. The employee at the slicer cut turkey instead of roastbeef. Then another employee comes out the back and throws the sub on the grill. I asked them to remake it and they got mad because I told them they did it wrong and then tried to give me a smaller sub. I walked out because they wanted to play games with my food! This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location in the last few years. I will no longer eat at this location! Constant turnover, lack of customer service and inaccurate orders is why this location is well below average in performance. I’ve been to numerous JM throughout the East coast and the Knightdale location is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. Save the headache and drive to the New Bern Ave location.

My experience today was not great, one of the employees by the name LEO wasn’t the greatest help he complicated my order and didn’t take his time to listen to my order and then tried to push me off to the next employee for no apparent reason. He started to be a little confrontational when asking me to repeat my order for the second time. This employee really needs to work on his customer service skills. I didn’t expect to run into any complications while ordering my dinner this evening. Thanks a lot.

This used to be a great location….. but that last couple of months is a hit and miss. Staff not friendly, long wait for your food. I’m not sure if they have changed management (possibly could have because there’s always new staff) but I will travel to a different location for a while before coming back here. Highly disappointed because this was my favorite location.

Ordered online, went in to use the bathroom and wait for my sandwich. Forgot to order oil and vinegar with my extra onions and peppers, had them add in while I waited for it to finish. This sandwich reminded me why I love Jersey Mike's. It was so flavorful, my first time at this location. I will always look for the tall guy who made this sandwich, cause he knows what he's doing. The bathroom could use more tlc

Omg I can't even put in words how amazing this location is. From the food always being on point and correct , to the amazing customer service . It's ridiculous!! They always keep the line small too ! It's always empty but in a good way ! I wanna thank each worker there for being amazing !!!

The few dine in tables were occupied by people waiting for online orders so no where to sit and dine. People who had ordered 30 min prior online had not received orders so walk ins weren’t getting served. Walked out. Only 2 people working. With what they charge for a sub, they need to do better.

The people are always really friendly when I go, but no matter if there's 4 or 5 people behind the counter my order is always wrong. I'm very allergic to a ingredient that I make sure to ask them not to add. I either get home then have to drive all the way back or just throw away the food I just purchased.
