Knightdale Pelican's Snoballs

I love this place so much the snowballs are literally so amazing. They’re different than a snow cone they’re BETTER.

Never can get tired of this place, reminds me of my childhood days in the Caribbean.

Always great!! Even got a pup cup for our dog and they put milk bones in there! Great job!

Highly disappointed. I feel as if the price has increased 100-300% over the last few years but I couldn't eat half of the snowcone. The bottom half used to have the syrup that drained from the top creating a slushy. After eating the very top I noticed the bottom was dry. Unable to eat half the cone I was forced to throw this away. Once upon a time I was at Pelican's 2-3 times a week for the inexpensive treat. Decided to go today and was highly disappointed. Not likely to go back.

Quality has gone down since the new owners have taken over. I have now had multiple snoballs with more than 1/2 being only ice no syrup. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and even reached out by email hoping it was just 'growing pains'. I will not be returning.

Past few visits I have had ice in the bottom of my cup. They don’t use enough syrup in the Large snowcones. They use the same amount of syrup in the Regular cones as they do the Large.

My son loves going here.However, the gummy prices have gone up from 3 gummies for 50 cents to 1 for 75 cents. Bring your own gummies.Great little yard for snowball sharing. They have games outside for social gathering. It's nice. Definitely go.
