I love Pelican’s. Have been going since I was a kid. I frequent this location specifically because of proximity, & I always tip. In all my years of enjoying Pelican’s this has never happened - except for twice now in the span of maybe two weeks. There is no flavor in half of the snoball. It’s not a clear/no dye flavor. The snowballs tasted fresh and ice cream was creamy. From the picnic tables to the lot games they have, the relative size of the building was awesome.
I do wish they would clean the tables off or spray everything down more. Move the trash cans further away from tables and games.
I wanted to leave 4 or 5 stars but I think the mass amount of flying stinging insects could have been lowered or prevented with simple cleaning routines.
