First time, donuts were delish and nice and warm, second time I arrived the inside couldn't be used so I had to go through drive thru,now although the light was on,my donuts were cold, that was disappointing. But I'll try again, it's Krispy Kreme,who wouldn't ?

I went to the Knightdale location at about 6pm on Saturday and they were closed!!!! What’s the deal?

Terrible!!! EVERY TIME I go to this location, they have issues with their coffee machines. One time they are cleaning their machines, other times their machines are broken. This happens early in the morning or later. What kind of a coffee place is this, if they cannot provide you with something as simple a a latte or frozen drink. Horrible location!

This has to be one of the laziest shops I have ever been too. I always come to this location to have some coffee and donuts but they always say: “we can’t make lattes, iced drinks, espresso, etc.” They even told me one time that they ran out of donuts until tomorrow morning. This is extremely unprofessional. As per their usual excuses, perhaps think about “ fixing your coffee machine” at your coffee shop. Or “clean it” before you open up shop. What a joke. Please put some people there that actually care.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Drove 20 min for donuts since the app said the “Hot sign” was on. As we got there we decided to go in, once we pull to the front there is a sign saying lobby closed so we went through the drive though. I have had issues with this store before but I wanted to be so optimistic about this visit since it had been awhile. We get to the window and immediately the worker says “we only have glaze” surprise surprise .,.then we confirm the hot donuts are hot as the app stated he replied “NAW”. At this point, we just left. It’s always been one thing after another with this store. If no one can run it properly it needs to close and they need to build another. Corporate needs to pay them a surprise visit and fire everyone!

One of the best Krispy Kreme’s I’ve been to. They are always pretty fast inside and friendly. Oh, and the hours are great because it’s open early and closes late.

I ordered a dozen assorted donuts and they were not fresh. They were definitely smaller as well. $20 wasted
Just to state I came around 8 pm, incase it’s a late shift problem.Very disappointed, Waste of time. This location has lost credibility. Staff sounds high and disoriented. I could look past that if they actually had some donuts. If I could rate this zero stars I would. This place needs some help!
