The manager is very load unprofessional. He should not manage anything, especially not anything involving customer service. Extremely rude, for no reason. Ordered online pizza at 540pm, to be picked up at 730pm. Manager wouldn't even look at me to tell me if pizza was sone or not. He would not answer any questions and the young man he qas training look confused on why he was acting that way. The pizza was not done until 750pm. The pizza was cold. I believe he had my pizzas in the corner, because i was watching for him to take it out of the oven. I have never experience such immature bizarre behavoir in my life. This man should be drug tested, something is definately wrong with him. Worst pizza place in America, will make sure i personally tell everyone not to order from, knightdale little ceasers.

Just ordered pizza for my wife’s birthday because we wanted something easy for us and the kids. Order never came due to a ‘glitch’ in little Caesar’s order system. Sat on the phone with a guy for 20 minutes to get a refund that should come, idk, some time soon? Still have no food on my wife’s birthday. Disappointing.

I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, and I’ve eaten at other Little Caesars locations where the pizza is good and fresh. But this particular experience was very unpleasant, and I feel it’s worth sharing.
I ordered a pepperoni pizza and was handed one of the ones they already had prepared. I paid, tipped, and went to my car. When I opened the box, I saw that the pizza was completely hard, like a concrete block, and the dough was clearly not mixed properly. I went back to the store to explain the situation, and instead of acknowledging the issue, the employee started questioning what was wrong with the pizza—when it was visually obvious that the dough was bad.
I told him I wanted a fresh pizza and that he could keep the old one, since I didn’t want to carry that in my car and there was no trash bin outside. While he did agree to give me a new pizza, he forced me to take the old one with me—as if I were trying to get two pizzas to eat, which wasn’t the case. I simply wanted a fresh pizza, not garbage.
This review is a 1 star because of the lack of empathy and professionalism. The issue isn’t with the Little Caesars brand in general, but with this specific location and its poor customer service.

Ordered pizza on line to be picked up at 4:15 pm. Ask a few times how muck longer. Was told everytime it was coming out. At 4:55 I was hand a pizza that was not what I ordered and some one else’s. My name is jerry saunders. Look at the photo not my name.

Just by the appearance of the pizza i received, i could tell that it wasnt made right. The breading was dry and tough throughout the entire pizza and it was hard to eat and take the slices off. The service was quick and the staff member that took my order was nice but i shouldve checked my order before leaving the store.

On 3/1 I ordered on the app at 5:52. I arrived at 6:40 (scheduling my pickup for 6:30) only to wait in line.... Remember "Hot and Ready"???? Thing of the past. The employees were arguing in the kitchen, customer facing, about not filling orders in the order they were received. Finally, after 10 minutes of waiting, I asked to speak with someone. Lori came out from the kitchen and told me to wait a few more minutes. Meanwhile, still arguing. Other guests were upset over wait times too, some getting food some waiting. At 7:00 I asked to speak to Lori again, my order still was not complete. I told her I would happily take the portion of my order that was ready and leave with a refund but she said she did not know how to do that, was the manager on duty, and simply didn't seem to care. I asked if they were corporate or franchised so that I may call for a refund- she said " I don't know what that means". So I took the food that was ready and left. At 7:20 while almost done eating with my family I received a text saying my order was ready. Later that same night, I received an email from "LC Listens" for a review survey. I submitted my review and my story and still haven't gotten a response. I called customer care and received a 10 dollar coupon via email that expired in 2023... Long story short... go to Papa Johns...
Something is always up at this location, I ran in today to get Italian Cheese Bread and was told it was not kept ready when I have been in TWICE over the past two weeks and purchased them upon walkin. Just go to Dominos across the street.
