What an amazing manager at this location his name is Alfonso and I called With the issue that I had with the little pizza cups and he immediately fixed it thank you Mr. Alphonso you’re one Manager they look and taste great

Although the pizzas were fresh, the employee did not bother to slice neither of my pizzas all the way through. It is such a simple task, yet the employee was too lazy to push the slicer down a little harder. My second complaint is that they didn’t put any garlic butter on the cheese sticks side of neither pizzas. Also, the employees are slow, they need to get faster and hard-working employees in this location. Came here on June 1st after 9:00PM and still had to wait like 15...

Really appreciate the wonderful manager at the Knightdale Little Caesars. On St Patricks Day evening they were extremely busy yet understaffed. The lady managers kind and positive mood surprised me and impressed me. Typically in the same situation I’ve seen managers and staff be the complete opposite. The staff member that was there was also friendly and positive. Good job y’all! Such great customer service is not something always seen, especially during such a hard shift!!!
