They ran out of rolls at 7:30. The food was good, but the serving size was not a lot for the price. Also I do not like that you cannot substitute the sides on your entree.

First time here and it won't be our last. Initially the wait time was said to be 45 minutes, but it was really 5. It took a long time for our salads to come out so we were still eating them when our entrees came. I couldn't finish my wedge salad because of the timing. My drink was fine, nothing special. Will likely return for a steak dinner with the family.

Without the great server, Sheresa, the rating would be very low. The place was not crowded at 6pm but the place was very understaffed. It took over an hour to actually get our meal. The server was very attentive and brought us more bread and kept us updated with them waiting for another chef. The food was good when we did get it and we were embarrassed for the server. She kept us updated and we enjoyed each other so we weren't in a hurry but sitting people when they didn't have the staff, or updating the customer before they would be seated would have been much appreciated. I ordered Ribs, Mac & Cheese & a baked potato. I was almost halfway through what I thought one of the best meals I’ve had in a while when I found a long string of blonde hair wrapped around one of my ribs..I completely lost my appetite & had to trash the entire meal. Almost $40 wasted. Very disappointed because it smelled & tasted great!! Not sure if I’ll try again!

After reading the reviews, I don't think that I'll be visiting this place.. They seem a little shady.
Met husband here for dinner. I arrived quite awhile before he did so I sat at bar while waiting for him arrive and then we had dinner at the bar as all tables were full when husband arrived. The bartender Amanda was a bustling ball of energy! She worked hard the entire time..the wait staff were even commenting about how quickly she was filling drink orders while also serving guests at bar and at tables in the bar area. This restaurant is really lucky to have such a great employee who is fantastic at interacting with patrons.Our meal was delicious and steaks had the best flavor and were super tender! Will definitely return when in the area.

Landry Select Card: I cannot register my card I received on 02.10.2024. I called the toll free number and that did not help AT ALL. My receipt number is 70026/Server:Mike/Table 33-1. We paid 103.20. This includes the price of the card. I can send you a copy of the receipt; whatever is needed. I’m quite irritated because I feel I just GAVE away $25. The card has GREAT BENEFITS, but we cannot use them. We dined at Saltgrass again yesterday and spoke to the manager. He was NO HELP. He kept telling me I was entering the receipt number where it says PROMO…newsflash, PROMO is not on the registration page. I tried sending this message to Landry Select by using their “Contact Us” option, but I kept receiving error messages. If I cannot register this card, I need my $25 refunded back to my United Bank card used for the purchase. Thanks.

Please go see ALBERT @ salt grass in Knightdale NC.Albert gave us spectacular service this Saturday evening.Warm rolls with cinnamon sugar butter.Good sweet tea, refreshing water. Glasses were huge.Appetizers seasoned perfectly.Fried mushrooms top tier.Brisket queso delicious. Fried tortillas tasted like they were fresh from Mexico.My steak came cooked to perfection. Exact temperature.Fried shrimp and grilled shrimp were cleaned and prepared gourmet style.When I thought I didn’t need anything else.ALBERT gave us TO GO sweet teas . OMG !!!!Thank you Saltgrass and ALBERT for an amazing dinner experience while visiting my sister.
