Really good food! The wait wasn't too long and I received exactly what I ordered. I think the prices may have gone up, but that's understandable given the current state of everything. I definitely look forward to coming back here, their chicken is my favorite of any restaurant.

We drove almost 30 miles just to eat Long John Silvers. We love the crunchiness of the batter. Short staffed, but the employees were so nice. Based on our receipt, Monique waited on us and took our order. Monique was wonderful. She even gave us more crunchies. We thought it still tasted the same from our younger days, and it was very good. I’m sure we will be back.

Just took my children to this Long John Silvers. Stood at the counter for 3 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we came in. We ordered, sat down to wait on our order at a table that said “Table Open” (every other table). While we were waiting the manager yelled from behind the counter, “the dining room is closed.” When I asked about the signs, she got very rude and told us we could eat inside. Went to the car to eat and discovered the order was wrong. Returned to be ignored by the same manager (Shantee) and finally the drive through server cam over and helped (she was nice and mistreated by the manager as she helped me). Stay away until this store gets serious about customer service.

It's long john silvers - and while you do get what you pay for, they aren't keeping up with even cheaper fast food. I don't think they let the grease drip off or even cook anything at the right temperatures, it comes out pretty soggy and greasy.

Our food was incorrect but drinks correct on our receipt. However, somehow we got what we actually wanted. It was very humid, possibly causing the floor to be slick like it was. Customer service was ok from the cashier. If you needed anything after you got your food, tough tootsies.
