Short staffed location and customers paid for it. With poor management customer service. Lobby closed long wait and rushed through the order process with no time to think, menu at speaker no able to view before ordering. Turned off won't go back.
We drove almost 30 miles just to eat Long John Silvers. We love the crunchiness of the batter. Short staffed, but the employees were so nice. Based on our receipt, Monique waited on us and took our order. Monique was wonderful. She even gave us more crunchies. We thought it still tasted the same from our younger days, and it was very good. I’m sure we will be back.

Really good food! The wait wasn't too long and I received exactly what I ordered. I think the prices may have gone up, but that's understandable given the current state of everything. I definitely look forward to coming back here, their chicken is my favorite of any restaurant.
