The food is not bad, the service/atmosphere is ok, and I really like Panera in general, but last time I was there it was too many bugs inside even in my sandwich. Since it’s a lot colder now a lot of those bugs should be dead.

A place in order today using a GrubHub coupon that I had and went through the drive-thru. The person in charge was very rude and told me that I had to get out and come in because it was a GrubHub order. I'm handicapped with a cane. She got upset and handed me an order through the window and when I got home it was not even my order.

I know it's a personal opinion, but Panera bread food is absolutely disgusting, I got a gift card for Christmas and tried it out, I will never eat there again, great staff, great atmosphere but the food is horrible. Personal opinion

First, there’s absolutely no explanation why I have to wait 20 mins in a drive thru for an order I placed ahead. Do better. For people who have complicated orders, go inside. For the love of God! Second, my breakfast sandwich order was wrong. I didn't even check before leaving, because I was already running late due to the 20 minute wait at the DRIVE-THRU. Panera, will you reimburse me for this?

We love our local Panera Bread here in Knightdale. We especially love how we are welcomed by everyone there with broad smiles, quick service and attention to detail. Bea could not be any more welcoming and friendly to us when we arrive several times a week. Panera is extremely fortunate to have her accommodating attitude and giving heart on staff. The staff was excellent excellent...very personable..greet you immediately...looks like a place in which they are happy to be there...the food was good. I was disappointed about the flat bread being taken off the menu..but will definitely go back. The brownies were delicious..gewey in the middle..yummy!
