We love our local Panera Bread here in Knightdale. We especially love how we are welcomed by everyone there with broad smiles, quick service and attention to detail. Bea could not be any more welcoming and friendly to us when we arrive several times a week. Panera is extremely fortunate to have her accommodating attitude and giving heart on staff. The staff was excellent excellent...very personable..greet you immediately...looks like a place in which they are happy to be there...the food was good. I was disappointed about the flat bread being taken off the menu..but will definitely go back. The brownies were delicious..gewey in the middle..yummy!
My husband and I got food poisoning the night of 11/17/24. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

I ordered the Grilled chicken and avo BLT. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. The chicken was in little pieces which fell everywhere, the tomatoes were grainy, the lettuce was wilted and the bacon had hard cold white grease all over it, and I had to gnaw through the bread to bite it. I also ordered a fruit cup that came with Mellon and pineapple. The flavors did not mesh well together. The fruit cup had about 2 oz of fruit in it. For the money I paid, I was very disappointed in the size of the sandwich.

I give this Panera Bread in Particular five stars for the bathroom being cleaner then the hospital. I went and had told them the dark roast coffee pot was empty that they had only a little bit. They said they already had one in the back after one other employee had told me it was going to take five minutes to fill up. Ita an A plus for this Panera bread
