This Panera is a little different from the ones I'm used too. The only pick up option is basically drive thru. No parking spots for curbside. They staff is nice for the most part but it seems like every time I visit they are out of half the stuff I want. I have been 7-8 times and they have yet to have Kitchen Sink cookies. I always put in the special instructions section no ice for my drinks but I always get ice anyway. Maybe after they have been open longer they will have more items and pay attention to the instructions. The best way to get sued is for someone to specify they have an allergy but it's ignored.

Service was excellent, it is a spacious environment with lots of different seating options. The food is standard Panera food not much to say there. They accommodated our large group very well which is often times difficult for a fast food chain to handle 15+ people. The owner (or manager not entirely sure) was very nice and checked in on us after we got our food. Best Panera experience I’ve had, and Panera tends to be a great middle option between fast food and restaurant.Parking: Parking is a little tucked away in the corner and a little hard to navigate too, but there is plenty of parking

I’ve consistently been disappointed by the long drive thru wait compared to other Panera locations. Three times I’ve gone through the drive thru with a 30 minute wait, to arrive home missing items from my order. The food is just too expensive for the lack of service and the inconsistency in portion sizes if a sandwich is ordered. It seems the staff lack direction to improve the consumer experience. I really wanted to support this location, but the service is greatly lacking.

Just short of 30 minutes in drive through line on an order that was pre-ordered.When I finally arrive at drive through window nobody came to window for five minutes. When someone came they asked for order name and said it wasn’t ready even though it was pre-ordered for 15 minutes prior.Steak sandwich was very subpar.NEVER again!

I’ve been waiting in the drive-through line for about 20 minutes. There’s not even enough room for me to drive out of line. Ridiculous.

I’m usually a Panera fan and this location is pretty new. My family and I tried it out today for the first time (this location) and the portion sizes were highly disappointing. I got the “you pick 2” - the French onion soup and Caesar salad and I’m not kidding when I say there were about 2 slivers of cheese in my soup. And it was barely luke warm. My husband went to the counter to ask for more cheese and they asked him if he paid for additional cheese ? they ended up giving us a little 2 Tbsp side of mozzarella. The salad seemed small. I remember going Panera in the past and getting larger salads with the “you pick 2” but maybe they changed their ways/are trying to save money? Either way, it was a disappointing $40 lunch. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
