The afternoon manager was very rude and left a sour taste with me. He was rude and unwilling to work with me after my son was charged an 83 dollars for 4-one topping pizzas/1 speciality. He said he was not in contact with any other managers. He said there was no upper management.
Excellent service at this location!!! The location in Knightdale always makes a great tasting, cheesy pizza whenever I order which is usually once a month for me and my family. I've been using this location for almost 15 years. They have only messed my order once which was 3 months ago. They were so gracious when I called and offered me a replacement pizza; I had forgotten about this offer until yesterday.
