Rudino's Pizza & Grinders

The pepperoni pizza was good and original.because the pepperoni pieces are in the middle of the pizza, like a pizza stuffed with pepperoni. I liked it. The garlic bread and the garden salad were good too and they served good portions of everything.

When we walked through the door they had music blasting with explicit lyrics at full volume in the kitchen that was echoing into the main lobby. While children were in the restaurant. Second the pizzas were well over priced, $50 for two personal size pizzas and one child slice pizza is ridiculous! The pizza came out in an average time 20 mins. The sauce was not good and really had no taste to any of it. I order chicken parm with spaghetti to go and that took over 50 mins to make. Not sure why it took so long, considering there were more than five staff members in the kitchen and no one at the front counter.
To be honest I wanted to like this place, it has great potential and a great location, but I feel like there is a disconnect with either the staff or the owner(s). Something is missing. Hopefully things will change in the future? Prices to become more reasonable and maybe not hit with explicit music as soon as you walk into a family restaurant with children?

Workers didn't was there hands didn't eat.i seen them playing basketball with paper picking paper off the food no gloves ..then prepare pizza didn't wash there hands and no gloves didn't eat

Extremely Disappointed – A Complete Letdown from Start to Finish

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared—especially for the management's attention. I placed an online order for a pizza and wings, expecting a reasonable wait. I arrived nearly 40 minutes later, only to be told the pizza hadn’t even been started. After waiting an additional 25 minutes, I was informed that they were out of wings and could only offer a refund. All this while staff—mostly unsupervised teenagers—laughed, joked, and ignored customers like our time and money didn’t matter.

This isn’t just about poor service or missing items—it's about a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. This was my first time ordering here, and it will definitely be my last. I hope the owners take this seriously—because this kind of experience drives business away fast.

Favorite place to eat. Been eating there for 15-20yrs. Staff always friendly & often go above & beyond. Owner often greets customers himself & helps customers too. Place has video games & other attractions for family friendly environment. I give Rudinos a strong recommendation & a solid 5 star rating. One of few places I have never gotten sick from food which I patronize often & use to eat there daily until father died & had to reduce expenses. Always a great experience to eat at Rudinos.

We have been to this location a number of times. Today our server/bartender was fantastic and the food was delicious. It took a turn when the game machine in the dining room area took our money and the lady at the counter said there was nothing they could do because they don’t own the machine. Well…. You lost our business forever over a small amount of money. She told us that there was nothing she could do because they don’t own the machines. You have the machines in your establishment so you should take some responsibility. In my book you stole money from me. We will NEVER be back again. Funny because we just spent $100 on lunch and usually have a higher tab. Was it worth it?

This is my husband and i first time here. We had philly cheese steak pizza many times but never had hamburger on a philly cheese and they called it Philly cheese steak. Steak is Steak right? Not Hamburger. This tasted good but we paid for Steak not Hamburger. See picture . Rate this facility #8
