We have ordered take out for years so we ordered for NYE tonight but this will be the last time. I wish I could post photos of what i ordered because it is really a shame. The white Sophie has become a cheese pizza with very little Feta and I ended up picking out the the spinach due to its bitter taste. The cheese breadsticks were flat and dry and the Calzone was a pile of mush. I used to love this place. They also said they couldn't find my order when I called to confirm it, it took them several minutes to find it in the system. I guess I shouldn't expect much when you have kids running a business without an adult in sight.
Whatever you do, do NOT eat in. Arrived at 6pm waited AN HOUR (59 minutes) for all food to come out, while probably 50 online and call in orders were taken and prepared. Appetizer came after 46 minutes. Chicken parm is spaghetti with previously frozen chicken fingers and shredded mozzarella put through broiler. 👎 Far too long to wait for mediocrity.

Sent roll back for bad fishy smell, must have been turned mushrooms because the French dip smelled the same. The staff said they couldn't do a refund because there was no manager on site.

What happened to the larger portion of the buffalo chicken dip?? I ordered online and got a very small container of chicken dip with a bunch of pita chips! Not worth $12

We ordered food to be picked up and they didn’t include our mozzarella sticks with our order we didn’t realize until we drove home and the cinnamon breadsticks were so thin and so hard they were terrible so difficult to eat, the grinders were great but it just seems like the restaurant used to be excellent and now it’s just mediocre.

Literally watching them make a salad with no gloves on - no tongs, using bare hands to dig into the lettuce container and throw onto a plate.

Slow and bad service. Young ladies at the pickup counter are rude.

Went tonight with our 4 kids. Can’t lie, bar seemed like a good atmosphere, but the restaurant side was not. We ordered $105 worth of food and had $30 in drinks. Order consisted of classic Italian rolls, 2 cheeseburgers & fries, Buffalo chicken wrap, Caesar salad and 10 boneless, garlic parm wings. While waiting for our food a young guy informs us they are out of hamburger rolls, but told us they could put the burgers on a grinder roll. Food comes out and the fries are ice cold, the wrap was a quesadilla and we got 7 boneless wings (not 10) that were also ice cold with sauce lightly drizzled on every other piece. Asked nicely to speak with a manager and was told there wasn’t a manager on duty at night, only in the morning 🤯. Went to close the tab out at the bar and spoke with the bar manager, who was VERY nice and explained the situation. She actually shook her head and agreed it was ridiculous. Will be calling as soon as they open to try to rectify this. Every other Rudino’s we’ve ever been to has been top notch, but the lack of management and teenagers cooking in the kitchen is beyond disappointing.
Pretty good sit down pizza place but not great. We had pizza and a grinder sandwich. Pretty average, nothing very memorable.
But a good place to take the kids or team after a game. A birthday party going on when we visited late Saturday afternoon. Fun for the kids.
Not overly pricey so a 4 from us.
Kid-friendliness: Great place to take the kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Looks like it is accessible.

Super chill little bar, great for watching all of the games! They have a pretty decent liquor selection. They normally run specials on beers. The food is great! I hate greasy pizza, theirs is not! I know each day throughout the week they run deals on their pizzas !! I typically order and eat in the bar area which is served by the bartender. That means sometimes long waits between things, they are accommodating if you walk up to the bar if you need anything! I haven’t sat out in their dining area in a while. The dining area is kid friendly ! They do have outdoors seating and TVs. If you haven’t checked it out, I do recommend!! Seems to always be drama free when we have gone!

Our pizza was served to us with a section of it falling off the tray and literally falling off the table. It was the shift leader who served it to us (no manager on duty). I couldn't believe my eyes! The shift leader nonchalantly said, and I quote directly, "yeah, it slid off and I pushed it back". I didn't send it back b/c I had my special needs granddaughter who would have lost it. When I asked how we could fix this b/c some of my food was inedible, he walked away. As I was leaving, I asked again and he offered me $2.00 in cash. What an insult. I will NEVER return to that establishment.

Their pizza is pretty good but they make the insane decision to party cut every pizza, even if you ask them not to.
