“We love our local Panera Bread here in Knightdale.
We especially love how we are welcomed by everyone there with broad smiles, quick service and attention to detail. Bea could not be any more welcoming and friendly to us when we arrive several times a week. Panera is extremely fortunate to have her accommodating attitude and giving heart on staff. Becky and I really look forward to our next memorable visit.

“Nothing beats a passionate chef. Tonight was my first experience, and it's only the beginning! The staff was amazing and did not make me feel rushed. 5-star plus. I've never been to a restaurant where all the mussels were open and full of flavor until Northside Bistro. “So let me say when I went into Olive Garden I walked in with an attitude determined my food wouldn’t be correct. But I came and walked into Andrew one of the managers he was like a shining light my whole mood changed he was so welcoming and concerned even before I came to the register. His demeanor immediately changed my mood his kindness and concerned was refreshing, then Jennifer another manger stepped up and I was like this can’t be real because they were so genuine and receptive. Andrew fixed my food personally and Jennifer discussed my concerns prior to my entrance, they were beyond reproach welcoming and caring. While I waited Shanti even though I had a to go order was very engaging to ensure that my needs were met while waiting, then Brandy I believe she’s a regional manager her kindness exuberated and she promoted her staff. I promise if you follow me on google you will know if something isn’t right I will say something. Kudos to this Olive Garden because you hired really fine individuals to work this establishment and to Andrew blessing to you in everything you do!!!!“

Alisa (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly), went above and beyond to rectify the mistake made and did it all with a smile and a pleasant attitude.
I love panera and I'm so glad that you've hired people like her who show true care for customers and issues that may arise. Her customer service was amazing and truly made this experience worth getting out of bed early to get breakfast!“

“I just want to applaud the store, I believe the cashiers name was Caleb and the managers name was Justin , for their honesty, not only Did I have a nice meal and my food was good, I actually dropped some money in the store and while it would have been very easy to not say anything they did and they actually went out of their way to find me in order to return it to me.
