This location is extremely stingy on the coupons. My husband and I went in to use the buy 1 footlong & drink get a footlong free (excludes one section of their sandwiches).A guy behind us was in there trying to use a coupon too. Although it said any sandwich, he was repeatedly told he can’t use it. This was his second time trying to use a coupon where he was told no. We then presented our coupon knowing we were probably going to run into an issue. At first we were told no and then the lady did take it as three customers were ready to walk out.As stated in previous reviews, the staff does and will talk negatively about you in Spanish. Easy to get away with if you don’t understand.Also sad how much Subway has increased their prices (not the staffs fault). We will no longer be going to any Subway. If they didn’t take our coupon we would have paid around $40 for two footlongs, 1 chip and a drink.In conclusion, not the kindest of locations and stingy on coupons.

Not being able to use coupons due to the fact that the staff/management will not take them. Coupons clearly state that you are to use it in the restaurant. However, the staff/management explain that they cannot use it on the computer and that you need to order it online. The rudeness from the staff after explaining what it states and them still not allowing you to use your coupon for this location has caused me to write this review.

The only thing that gets me in the store is the coupons that are sent to me in the mail. Last time o was in the store they had a sign excluding all the subs I would have wanted. Not being able to use the coupons will ensure that I will not be returning to this location.

Today was my first time at this location and I was very impressed. The two ladies working were very friendly and welcoming. I was happy I just happened to be there at the time I was because the customer in front of me was rude and obnoxious to the lady making his sub and there was no reason for that. She was so thorough and attentive and he was very rude for no reason. They didn’t deserve that. I told them when he left that they did nothing wrong and handed it very, very well. I hope their day gets better and I will definitely be back.

On behalf of my loved one , the experience was treacherous by the sanitary of his order . The lid that’s used to keep veggies fresh and not contaminated fell into his sandwich . Instead of making a new one they proceeded to continue with his order without consideration of what could have been on the back of that lid cover . He didn’t want the sandwich at that point and was repulsed by the lady question on Why not ? As if it was okay to eat .
Asked for a knife to be washed because of an allergy, and got to listen to the counter staff complaining about us in Spanish. Shame that we understood what they were saying; Must have been really embarrassing when we walked out without finishing the order.In case this gets read by any of your Saturday night staff, allergies are serious and just because you wipe the knife off does not mean that contaminants and residues don’t remain. I would expect people in food service to have that training but hey, this place was just as filthy as it was unfriendly.

Called and asked if they took coupons from the paper, was told yes, so I ordered a boss and wife ordered subway club and was told we could not use the buy one get one coupon, the coupon itself does not say only a certain menu applies, so I paid full price for both wich is why the 1 star is here, my sandwich was good but wife's was lacking in meat, like 1 slice all the way down. Will not be coming back if coupons don't apply.
