Missing taco! I got all the way home and my taco was not in the bag 😡 Then on top of that I got beefy nachos STALE STALE CHIPS and it's not the first time either, I got chips on the side because I didn't want soggy nachos when I got home so I know the chips were stale because they were in a box by themselves.It was 10:30 pm totally unexceptable!! But on a brighter note 😋 I was given about 40 packs of salsa different heat levels those will go good with the tacos I make at home from now on because I won't be going back to taco bell!! I came through the drive thru around 6:45pm and ordered a steak quesadilla combo with a soft taco. I got home to eat my food and started with the quesadilla. I took a bite and realized there wasn’t any steak in the bite I took, so I opened the quesadilla to check how much steak was in it and there was literally none. There was about 2 small pieces of steak in each slice of my quesadilla. Basically a waste of a whole quesadilla. Keep in mind, I bought the meal which isn’t cheap. I basically spent $10 to eat a flap of quesadilla. Highly disappointed that they can’t put the right amounts of steak on it so that way it is made right. Definitely not happy. And to top it all off, my fiancé ordered the $7 supreme box and when we got home realized he was missing his soft taco. The box only comes with 3 things, how do you forget a taco ?? I won’t even begin to get into the times in the past where Ive pulled up and it takes them 30 minutes to clear 3-4 cars in the drive thru which happens more then usual and very often when I go there. I’m not one to ever write bad reviews but this is ridiculous!

Absolutely horrible service. Sat in the dining room for over 30 minutes waiting for our food. Yet the drive thru kept moving. Had to ask to check on our food, then the employee proceeded to make their own food and go on break. Asked for a refund, ended up taking another 10 minutes just to get our money back. Not to mention the door was propped open and the whole dining room and hot humid and sticky as hell. Will never be going back here again. And if you are crazy enough to go, use the drive thru or else you’re not getting any food.

Crunchwrap supreme had no meat inside. Nachos had about a teaspoon of meat. My soft taco supreme was filled with water? I’m assuming from the bottom of the meat container. The whole tortilla was soaked and inedible. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING!!! Poop all over both toilets. Restaurant itself had leftover food all over multiple tables and a bad smell.
Got the $7 box the food was ok . But the chips had a VERY HORRIBLE TASTE!

I picked up the $7 luxe box for my son. He got very sick vomiting several times after eating his food. We suspect he got food poisoning. I would not recommend the Knightdale location!

This place is disgusting and needs a health inspection. Absolutely nasty . The workers do not care about how they serve your food. They do not pay attention to detail. Run as far as you can. Drink bar is moldy. Gross Gross Gross. Kitchen is disgusting. I can imagine how these people keep their homes
