Terrible food, terrible service. They charge you for things they don’t bother to put in the bag. Your food will absolutely be cold before you even drive off. It’s a shame this is the only taco bell in Knightdale but i’d rather eat a jean jacket than return back to this dump. They are always out of everything. The owner clearly doesn’t care about this location and it shows. Shut it all the way down.

People taking the order are super nice; however the folks making the tacos ... I'm not sure what's going on. Order supreme tacos.. you get like 3 tomatos, a pinch of lettuce/cheese, and no sour cream.

The people that work there are nice but man, the quesadillas have gotten so expensive and then theyre made like this?? Half of it doesn’t even have the chicken OR sauce in it. Like come on.

Vegetarians are screwed at this location. Doordash orders are done more accurately than going in person, which is odd. Every time our family goes in person, food that was asked to contain no meat ends up containing some sort of beef or steak.

I'm a dasher. I stood in that lobby for almost twenty minutes before somebody spoke to me. I had another order waiting in the car. The lobby had two other people in it. This is why a lot of customers get their lunch orders late.
