I donāt normally write reviews, but enough is enough. This Wendyās location has been consistently disappointingāwhether itās delivery, drive-thru, or going inside in person, itās always a bad experience. For whatever reason, Iāve kept going back, hoping it would eventually get better. It never does.
Theyāre constantly out of something, and more often than not, the staff is rude. About a month ago, I walked in and saw the entire team gathered at a table eating chicken that had been brought over by a KFC employee (they traded meals) 5-6 staff members walked away from the registers/kitchen to eat, completely ignoring myself and the drive thru, I stood there atleast 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there.
Tonight was the last straw. I ordered dinner for myself and my son through DoorDash (I worked late and ordered around 11pm) Among the items were two Junior Bacon Cheeseburgersājust as they come, no customizations. What I got was honestly ridiculous. One had a patty, a slice of cheese, and one lonely strip of bacon. The other had two strips of bacon, but both were cold, poorly made, and just plain nasty. Iāll upload pictures and let them speak for themselves.
On top of that, this location never has Frostys. Thereās always an excuseāthe machine is broken, being cleaned, or ājust not working.ā Itās always something.
I truly hope this review helps someone else avoid the frustration Iāve dealt with time and time again. Iāve lived in the area for years and tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but Iām done. My advice: eat somewhere else.

Why even offer items on the menu if you do not i tend to serve them. Something as simple as a vanilla frosty can't even be managed by this location. The rest of my order was just as bad with old fries and watered down chili. It was easy to see that shortcuts are being made to stretch food in order to make it last longer in order to save on having to work prepping fresh foods. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Finally, if your not going to serve an item, update your menu to reflect it, it's not difficult.

The staff that worked this evening was really great. Loved the guy's energy! I wish I got his name. Went above and beyond for my family and I which we never see, especially at fast food places. Thank you for making it a great experience!

Tonight at about 10pm we came through the drive thru with a pickup order and a regular order, the guy at the window was fantastic and had great energy!!!! He was super great even though there was a problem with our order and very accommodating.
