I was extremely happy with my recent visit to Wendys. I have never felt the need to write a Google review before, but this experience changed my mind. I came through the drive-through at about 10:30 PM, a little late and as someone who’s worked in food before, I understand that once it gets that late, a lot of the time service falls off because the employees just wanna go home. This is not at all what I experienced, a nice tall gentleman happily took my order and looked as if he was having a good time. Not only was my order accurate and quite timely, the nice gentleman even upgraded my fries for free and asked me if I wanted any sauces or condiments before I left. This is the best experience I’ve had at Wendys probably ever. I am very satisfied and I will be coming back.

I think this Wendy's is awesome. They have the nicest staff, always friendly and welcoming. I sometimes ask for a keto friendly burger and it's no problem. I wish the company would invest some money into a remodel of the restaurant.

We haven’t ordered from here in a long time because the food and service had really gone downhill. Decided to order today. I’m not sure if it was new management or I just lucked out with the staff working but everything was great! Drive through service was fast and polite. Food was fresh and out order was correct. Whatever you did to turn this location around - Keep it up??

Day Staff: Fantastic Night Staff: Useless and Disrespectful.
If you want your food 100% wrong every single time, definitely hit up this location at night because they are amazing at being completely incompetent. The manager will also tell you to just stop being a customer rather than address his employees. One time I even had an employee angrily scream at the top of his lungs at me because I said “I’m so sorry I’m hard of hearing could you repeat that?” and then I proceeded to listen to him make fun of me to the other employees. This place is such a joke at night and it’s a shame because the day staff work so hard to give their customers a good experience. I have continued to give this place business because the day staff is so awesome, but after this past incident I’m done.
