First time ever ordering from a Bojangles. Terrible service. I won’t be going back to this location. Didn’t get our coleslaw with our carry out order. Nothing was hot and chicken, biscuits looked like it was sitting for a while. The kid that took my order seemed unimpressed to be working at all. The other two were on their phones.
Expect to hear employees yelling awful language in front of children, yelling at customers because they asked for an item with gooey brown stuff on it to be replaced, and to feel unsafe because three employees come to the counter to yell at you when you ask for a new biscuit. Left the biscuit there because I’d rather lose the money than worry about my safety.
This will be my last time coming to this Bojanles!!
