Tasty take out
Great flounder. Green beans ehh. Salad, dessert great!
We had an amazing time! Great atmosphere, friendly clean service, the staff was so kind to my daughter, the food was absolutely amazing. We will continue to come back. They have tables and booths, very spacious, an outside area, and plenty of parking. It's definitely a favorite for a lot of us that live here. We went at 11 AM before the church crowd got out. We have been here once before during a busy time and they were still on time with meals, and it was delicious then as well. I took pictures this time. Bloody Mary for brunch was spicy (I asked for that), and so refreshing. I had the Mahi tacos (catch of the day), WILL BE GETTING AGAIN, and got crab cakes for my daughter, with fruit substituted for strawberries because she's picky. My father (no picture of his food, sorry) had their famous grits and smothered biscuits. Everything was absolutely delicious. In total for 3 it was $85, but well worth it, TRUST ME! We did have to make reservations and they give up to 10 minutes to be late, but don't be late. This place is popular.
The staff at Cape Fear Seafood Company saved the day for my neice's birthday dinner after I screwed up the reservation. Many thanks to Tatiana and her team for saving the day and making this a wonderful dinner for us. Amazing food and service, 10 out of 10! Everything was amazing and we will surely be back every time we are in town.
Wonderful place to eat with great food and the servers are friendly.
Great experience and loved the food.❤️
Delicious crab. Some of the best I've ever had. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The hibiscus margarita was to die for!
I ordered the Fish and Chips platter, which was only $19.99. It came with 3 huge pieces of fish with the tastiest light breading, fries and coleslaw which were all delicious!

Snow crap legs over cooked, went to snap the legs and they just bent over and had to dig most of the meat out of the shells. Butter to dip the meat of the legs tasted foul, got another butter but was just as bad. Bread before the meal never came. We frequent Cape Fear Seafood Co. in Leland at least weekly sometimes more, but this was the first time things seemed to go sour. Will try again because of past good experiences.

This was my second dining experience at Cape Fear Seafood Company and both times the wait to be seated was unusually long. Their hostess/host game is lacking. The food however, is AMAZING!!!

When I'm in the Leland area I always make sure to visit Cape Fear Seafood. Everything is always absolutely fabulous. I've been here at least a dozen times and have never been disappointed with anything; not the food, not the service, nothing.

Had the catch of the day, Mahi Mahi. The Mahi was almost perfect and the brussel sprouts were very good as well. Highly recommend stopping here for dinner if you have the chance.
