A consistent CFA experience with good food and great service most of the time. I’ve often gotten the wrong food or missed things in my drive-thru orders. Any time they’ve messed up, they always fix it without any problems. That said, it’s one of the better local franchises in the Wilmington area. I really wish they would cook well done fries. The waffle fries are always a bit undercooked and often under salted for my personal preference.

This chick fil a has 1 of the most attentive staffs I've ever seen. They actually work like a team and serve the food to customers while everyone waits in the chairs whether your getin a for here or to go order ... Don't worry they got you! ... Very sweet. It's pretty crowded in there though.

Not my usual Chick-fil-A experience.. Almost every table was dirty with no one checking/cleaning lobby. Cashier spent 5 minutes trying to get the customer in front of me his change because register needed cash and no manager in sight. Music was very low. Men's bathroom had tp all over stall floor. Just not the standards I usually see in Chick-fil-A. Hopefully just an off day
