McDonald's is located in a great location but needs some work on management and staffing. Customers have experienced long wait times, broken machines, and unresponsive staff. One customer had to use a kiosk to order after being ignored by workers and scolded by a manager. Another customer praised a worker named Qari for going above and beyond for customer service. The general manager, Ira Dicky, also received positive feedback for addressing a wrong order promptly and being pleasant to talk to.
