Biscuits are literally hard as a brick this morning. Went back and got another, same thing. Worker said sorry that's all we got!!!!!! Nope, I want my money back!
I witnessed the McDonald on New point Rd tell a homeless, disabled, army veteran that he could not sit in the store for hours, even though the vet was a paying customer; that vet is ME!!!
just avoid at all costs - drive somewhere else

McDonald's is located in a great location but needs some work on management and staffing. Customers have experienced long wait times, broken machines, and unresponsive staff. One customer had to use a kiosk to order after being ignored by workers and scolded by a manager. However, this location is run by really good people. A manager was seen helping a Korean War veteran by promoting a coffee when he could only pay with cash during a card-only operation. Another customer praised a worker named Kayla for providing some of the best customer service, describing her as a wonderful, bright, and welcoming presence despite a minor wait for food. The general manager, Ira Dicky, also received positive feedback for addressing a wrong order promptly and being pleasant to talk to. Despite some issues, including a customer who was disappointed with the Fish Filet sandwich, McDonald's seems to have potential with the right improvements in place.
