The new cantina soft taco is pretty good, as well as the grilled cheese steak burrito tasting like pot roast. Despite occasional longer lines, the staff ensures accurate orders and quick service, with no missing items. The restaurant is always clean, and service is consistently friendly. Customers appreciate the efficient service, especially from the shorter employee with dreads, who quickly takes orders and delivers food and drinks. The chalupa was good, and the avocado verde salsa packs were included. However, some meals, like the beef layer burrito, have been disappointing, tasting dry and unpleasant. One customer noted that the cinnamon twists lacked cinnamon but were decent. There was also an issue when a customer’s party ordered Cinnabon coffee, only to be told they were not serving coffee, and unable to get a refund, which was frustrating. Overall, this Taco Bell aims to hold itself to a higher standard than most fast food joints, providing a positive experience and kind service.
